Best experience ever with Wes Cohen. My wife and I were in discussion with two other lenders about getting a home equity loan and were just simply getting the run around. One Saturday morning I remembered an ad I had seen about Texas Lending and logged onto the website and filled out an application. Almost instantly Wes called me back and like I said it was on a Saturday morning, I wasn\'t expecting to be called back until Monday. Wes professionally and courteously answered all of my questions. He informed me of all of the steps of getting a home equity loan. I game him my information and while I was on the phone he checked our credit rating and our home valuation and stated he would have no problem in being able to secure our loan. He made it very clear that he wanted to earn our business. After that conversation we had our minds made up to go with Wes and Texas Lending.
