For the most part everything was terrific with the exception of "required closing items" * Having lived in the home for greater than 39 years never having missed an insurance payment- home insurance needed to be paid off for the year up front! No reason for that! * Payment of credit card balances should be coordinated with borrower as now credit card companies will be holding thousands of dollars...
